VIRGINIA  "GINNY"  KING

Virginia “Ginny” King, age 84 of Avalon, Pennsylvania, died at her daughter’s home in Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania on Wednesday, January 29, 2020 surrounded by her family.  She was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on June 15, 1935 one of two children of John and Mary Ann (Kauzlarich) Huston.

Ginny graduated from Avalon High School, the class of 1953, and worked as a secretary for Bell Federal Savings and Loan in Bellevue, Pennsylvania.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Nagel King in August of 2002 and her brother, Thomas Shelleby.  Ginny is survived by her four children, William (Anette Wolf) King of Boston, Massachusetts, Karen (Howard) Midgley of Jefferson Hills, Robert (Mary) King of Baltimore, Maryland and Tim (Lorraine) King of Jefferson Hills;  eight grandchildren, Christina, Adrienne, Joe, David, Ryan, Natalie, Sara and Greg and seven great grandchildren, Emily, Taylor, Olivia, Maddie, Elizabeth, Caleb and Ava.

As per Ginny’s wishes there will be no visitation or funeral services.  If desired her family suggests donations in her name to Allegheny Health Network 500 Commonwealth Drive, Warrendale, Pennsylvania 15086 Attention: Hospice.
