Rocco Kempa

ROCCO  JOHN  KEMPA

Rocco Kempa, age 65 of Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania, died suddenly on Wednesday, January 12, 2022.  He was born on April 18, 1956, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania one of three sons of Nick and Agnes (Contristano) Kempa.  Rocco was raised in the Baldwin Borough area of Pittsburgh and graduated from Baldwin High School.

He was a truck driver and was the owner/operator of his own eighteen wheeler traveling all over the country.  With his wife, Susan, he was a member of the Antique Truck Historical Society (HTHS) and was a Past President. Rocco also loved model trains.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 32 years, Susan (Snedeker) Kempa on April 2, 2020.  He is survived by their sons, “Rocky” and Evan Kempa and his two brothers, Nicholas (Valerie) Kempa and Michael (Rose) Kempa.
