JUDITH ANN SMITLEY

Judy Smitley, age 78 of Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania, died on Friday, December 10, 2021. She was born in McKeesport, Pennsylvania on September 2, 1943, one of four children of Kenneth Milroy Lewis and Sylvia Elaine (Bickerton) Lewis.

She worked at Bettis Atomic Power Lab in West Mifflin, Pennsylvania, was a longtime tax preparer and an author.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents and her first husband, William Teck in 1991. She is survived by her husband, George Herman Smitley; two children, daughter, Marcy (Teck) (husband, Eric) Rauber and son, William (wife, Renee) Teck; two grandchildren, Corey Teck and Valerie (husband, Jeff) Marraccini; three great grandchildren, August, Oliver and Isla Marraccini; three siblings, Patricia Blakeway, Kenneth (wife, Marilyn) Lewis and Terry (wife, Deborah) Lewis; three stepchildren, Bonnie (husband, Ken) Zellner, Teresa Neal and Greg (wife, Britney) Smitley; ten step grandchildren and six step great grandchildren.

There be no visitation for Judy. Her family is planning a Memorial reception of friends and service at her church, the Church of God 531 West Main Street Monongahela, Pennsylvania 15063 on Sunday, December 19, 2021, from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm.
