JOHN  L.  KAMPERT, JR.

John Louis Kampert, Jr. age 72 of Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania died Saturday, August 21, 2021.  He was born November 11, 1948, in McKeesport, Pennsylvania one of six children of John Louis Kampert, Sr. and Ethel (Withers) Kampert.

He was a US Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War who loved activities with his family, especially camping.  His other passions were gardening, canning and his dog, Callie.

John was the loving husband of over 35 years to Barbara Jean (Rybar) Kampert; the father of two sons, John Raymond (Lanna Parker) Kampert of Belgrade, Montana, and Louis Stephan Kampert of Jefferson Hills.  He is also survived by four of his siblings, Kenny (Rosalba) Kampert, Cheryl (the late Albert) Gaska, Mark (Mary Agnes) Kampert and Donna (Mark) Helvak, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Alfred Kampert.

There is no visitation planned and a Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
