JEFFREY MICHAEL PAISLEY
Jeff Paisley, age 74 of Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania, died Sunday, November 28, 2021. He was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on January 29, 1947, one of two children of Robert William Paisley and Marian (Weber) Paisley.
Jeff grew up in Bethel Park, Pennsylvania and graduated from Bethel Park High School. He served in the US Navy during the Vietnam War from 1966 - 1970; he worked as a mechanic for Anthony Crane and Century Steel Erectors in Dravosburg, Pennsylvania and was member of the International Union of Operating Engineers (IUOE) local # 66. Jeff had a love of motorcycles, especially Harley Davidsons, cars, especially Corvettes and all animals, especially dogs.
He was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his wife of 26 years, JoAnn (Petrovich) Paisley; daughter, Melissa (Tony) Dean of Arizona; son, Ian (Brittany) Paisley of Arizona; stepdaughter, Mechelle (Geno) Haupert of Jefferson Hills; five grandchildren, Ella, Trent, Alexa, Brooke, and Logan; his sister, Suzanne Nimitz of Arizona and her children, niece, Christine and nephew, Wyatt, and his four legged friends, Sadie, the dog and Pumpkin, the cat.
Family and friends will be received Monday, December 6, 2021, from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 pm in the Stephen D. Slater Funeral Home 1701 Route 51 Jefferson Hills, PA 15025 (412-384-0350) www.stephendslater.com. A Blessing service will be held in the funeral home at 12:30 pm Tuesday, December 7, 2021. Following the Blessing service his burial will be at 2:30 pm in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville, Pennsylvania with Military Honors.
