Howard “Howdy” Morrow, age 86 of West Mifflin, Pennsylvania, went to be with the LORD on Thursday, May 27, 2021.  He was born on June 23, 1934 in Duquesne, Pennsylvania, the only child of Howard Stevenson Morrow and Sadie C. (Stevens) Morrow.

Howard graduated from Duquesne High School in 1952 and, as most local residents, worked at Kennywood Park.  He graduated from Point Park College and became a Housing Inspector for the Allegheny County Health Department for over 25 years.

He loved Classic cars, traveling, especially ship cruises, and Boston Terriers.  Howard had a good sense of humor and was a “pious man” who loved his church, the First Presbyterian Church of Duquesne.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his Boston Terrier, Reggie.  He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Linda (Seaton) Morrow; stepsons, Jim (Christie) Rowland of Keedysville, Maryland and Doug (Tara) Rowland of Rockville, Maryland; three grandchildren, Madison, Jasmine and Liam; brothers-in-law, Jim (Rene) Seaton of Scituate, Massachusetts, Perry Seaton of North Kansas City, Missouri; many cousins and his Boston Terrier buddy, Reggie 2.

A Memorial Service for Howard will be held on Saturday, August 7, 2021, at 12 Noon in the First Presbyterian Church of Duquesne, 719 Duquesne Boulevard Duquesne, Pennsylvania 15110.  A Graveside Service for the burial of Howard’s ashes will be prior to the Memorial Service in Richland Cemetery, Dravosburg, Pennsylvania at 10:45 AM.  Howard will be buried in a grave with his mother, Sadie.

If desired, please make a donation in Howard’s name to the First Presbyterian Church of Duquesne.
