BETTY  (KELLY)  CASTO

Betty M. Casto, age 86, formerly of West Mifflin, Pennsylvania died on Tuesday, April 30, 2019.  She was born Betty Marie Kelly on September 11, 1932 in the Coal Valley area of Allegheny County (today Jefferson Hills Borough), Pennsylvania.  Betty was one of five children of Willis Maine Kelly and Wilma Blanche (Allen) Kelly.  She worked and retired from the Central Intelligence Agency of the United States Government.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death all her siblings, brothers, Howard, Robert and Paul Kelly and sister, Jean Byrne.  Betty is survived by many nieces and nephews.

As per her wishes there were no funeral services.
