WILLIAM  REILLY

William Reilly age 95, of West Mifflin, Pennsylvania, passed away on Monday, January 16, 2017 in Clarion, Pennsylvania where his daughter Barbara lives.  He was born in McKeesport, Pennsylvania to the late William P. and Elizabeth (Ehni) Reilly.

William graduated from McKeesport High School in 1939, served in the US Navy during WWII, and worked for Bell of PA, now Verizon. He was a member of the Telephone Pioneers, AARP, and Lebanon Presbyterian Church where he was an ordained Elder. He also served as a treasurer for the church and for Lebanon Church Cemetery. He loved to travel, touring most of the United States, Canada, Caribbean countries, and parts of Europe and Asia.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his sister, Elizabeth June Crouch. William is survived by his loving wife of 68 years, LaVerne (Stabler) Reilly; three daughters, Beverly (Lawrence) Wehrheim of The Villages, Florida, Barbara (J. Richard) Beggs of Clarion, Pennsylvania and Lorraine (John) Beauchamp of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, one son, William W. (Cindy) Reilly of Lewisberry, Pensylvania; three grandsons, Jared and Bradley Beggs and Tanner Reilly and three great grandchildren, Hannah, Brody and Bryce Beggs.

Friends will be received in the Lebanon Presbyterian Church in West Mifflin on Saturday, January 21, 2017 from 9:30 - 11:00 am, where his funeral service will follow at 11 am with Rev. Dr. Robert Titus officiating. Burial will be in Lebanon Church Cemetery.
