Thomas Rush

Thomas B. Rush age 65, of Elizabeth Township, Pennsylvania, died Monday, November 14, 2011 surrounded by his family. He was born July 2, 1946 in Charleroi, Pennsylvania one of eight children of Thomas Howden Rush and Betty Jane (Lloyd) Rush. Thomas worked at Equipco, Inc. in Bridgeville, Pennsylvania for over 47 years and was an avid golfer.

He was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his beloved wife, Paulette (Eori) Rush; 3 children,  Paul (Madonna) Rush of Cranberry, Pennsylvania, Todd (Barbara) Rush of Elizabeth and Lisa (Jeff) Tiberio also of Elizabeth; 9 grandchildren, Ian Cottone, Chelsea and Corey Rush, Alexia and Angelica Dull, Crosbi Tiberio, Kassy Rush and twins, Samie and Sophie Rush and 7 siblings, Joyce Lloyd, Betty Kay Swartz, Cindy (Gary) Meyers, David (Rene) Rush, Marsha (Dave) Boal, Lynn (Eddie) Roberson and Eric (Mary Jay) Rush.

Friends will be received on Thursday, November 17, 2011 from 2 – 8 PM in the Stephen D. Slater Funeral Home 1701 Route 51 (Large) in Jefferson Hills where his funeral service will be held on Friday, November 18, 2011 at 11 AM with the Reverend David L. Myers, of the Elizabeth Baptist Church, in Elizabeth, officiating. Burial will follow in Round Hill Cemetery also in Elizabeth..
