THOMAS  HRAPOSKY

Thomas Hraposky, age 87, of Large Heights in Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania, died Saturday, April 19, 2014.  Born Thomas Theodore Hrapkowsky on May 23, 1926 in “The Patch” section of Large in Jefferson Hills, he was one of seven children of John and Anna (Wargo) Hrapkowsky.  He was in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1943 to 1964 earning a Bronze Star and a Purple Heart.  Thomas worked for US Steel’s National Tube Works in McKeesport, Pennsylvania.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by all of his siblings; sisters, Mary Hraposky, Helen Ivanovich and Agnes Mattes and brothers, Michael, Albert and George Hraposky.  He is survived by his many nieces and nephews.

In keeping with his wishes, there will be NO VISITATION, and a private funeral service with his family.
