REGINA O. (BEDONT) FABIAN
Regina Olive Fabian, age 89, passed away on September 26, 2017 in Jacksonville, Florida. She was born on July 19, 1928 in Duquesne, Pennsylvania to William and Josephine (Morini) Bedont. She lived in Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania for 40 years before moving to Jacksonville to live with her daughter, Regina and family.
She was a US steel employee, a volunteer for Meals on Wheels and a dedicated patron of the local libraries.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her beloved husband Michael A Fabian of Clairton who passed away in March of 1975. She is survived by her four children and their spouses; Michael W. (Pam) Fabian of Friendsville, Pennsylvania, Albert P. (LuAnn) Fabian of Jefferson Hills, Regina L. (Robert) Daas of Jacksonville and Loretta A. (John) Byrd of Gainesville, Georgia; 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandsons.
Regina was a loving mother and a loving “Nonni” to her grandchildren.
She will be missed and always affectionately remembered.
A gathering of family and friends will be held in her honor on Friday, October 13, 2017 from 3 – 7 pm at the Stephen D. Slater Funeral Home. A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2017 at 9 am at St. Clare Assissi Parish in Clairton,
