Mary Madeline Menozzi, age 95, of Paramount Senior Living in Baldwin Borough, Pennsylvania, formerly of Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania, passed away on Wednesday, November 16, 2016. She was born September 21, 1921 in Fort Hill, Somerset County, Pennsylvania, a daughter of Thaddeus Steven and Elsie Lucille (Liston) Matthews.

Mary was active as Trustee and President of the Women’s Association along with other volunteer positions at the Jefferson United Presbyterian Church in Jefferson Hills.  She was also a volunteer at the Oliver Miller Homestead in South Park, Pennsylvania; the Jefferson Hills Borough Municipal Library and a member of the Jefferson Historical Society and Jefferson Hills Women’s Club.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Joseph Menozzi (dod: August 1990); several siblings and her daughter in law, Denine Menozzi.  Mary is survived by her two children, Barbara J. (David) Simoncic of Charlotte, North Carolina and Joseph F. Menozzi of Clairton, Pennsylvania; three grandchildren, Caryn L. (Andrew) Martin, Medina M. Menozzi and Matthew E. Menozzi; two great grandchildren, Thaddeus A. and Estee M. Martin; a brother, Donald F. (Mary) Matthews and she was the favorite aunt of many nieces and nephews.

All are invited to a Celebration of Her Life on Saturday, November 19, 2016 at 2:00 pm in the Jefferson United Presbyterian Church, 716 Gill Hall Road, Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania  15025.
