Marge DiCroce

Marguerite L. “Marge” DiCroce, age 77 of Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania, passed away in her home on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, with her family at her side. Marge was born in Munhall, Pennsylvania on January 10, 1949, the daughter of John and Anna Evans.

She grew up in Munhall, graduating from Steel Valley High School. After graduation she received her Nursing degree from the St. Francis School of Nursing in Pittsburgh and subsequently went to work in the Emergency Department of St. Francis Hospital, remaining there for her entire Nursing career.

Marge loved the beach, especially trips to the beaches of the Caribbean and the Jersey shore. She also loved shopping, holidays and traveling with her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Jennifer Lynn Lesko in 2022. She is survived by her husband, Joe DiCroce; her son, Christopher (Danielle) Kolcun of Jefferson Hills; stepdaughter, Lauren Cappilletti; two grandchildren, Sarah Lesko and Christian Kolcun and son-in-law, Joseph Lesko.

Family and friends will be received on Friday, October 23, 2026, from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 pm in the Stephen D. Slater Funeral Home 1701 Route 51 (Large) Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania 15025 (412-384-0350) www.stephendslater.com. A Blessing Service for Marge will be held in the funeral home on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at 10 am. Her burial will follow in Jefferson Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers her family asks for donations to be made in her name to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals “ASPCA” any local shelter in your area.

Marge will be remembered for her love of family and friends and her kindness to all.
