LOIS (MURRAY) BUCK
Age 77, passed away on Thursday, March 31, 2011at her residence in West Mifflin, Pennsylvania, surrounded by her family. Lois was born in Gallitzin, Pennsylvania on November 21, 1933 the only daughter of Leo Vincent Murray and Bride Cecelia (Marlett) Murray. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Melvin “Red” Murray and Lawrence Murray.
Lois is survived by her husband, Donald Paul Buck; 3 children, Thomas (Darlene) Buck also of West Mifflin, Daniel (Lynn) Buck of Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania and Diane (Bill) Finn of Elizabeth Township, Pennsylvania; 4 grandchildren, Steven and Heather Buck and Megan and Maura Finn and 2 brothers, Patrick (Judy) Murray and William (Roseann) Murray.
Friends will be received from 1 – 4 and 7 – 9 PM on Sunday, April 3, 2011 in the Stephen D. Slater Funeral Home 1701 State Route 51 (Large) in Jefferson Hills. A funeral prayer will be held in the funeral home on Monday, April 4, 2011 at 10:15 AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Father John Lendvai in Holy Spirit Catholic Church in West Mifflin at 11 AM. Her burial will be in Lebanon Church Cemetery also in West Mifflin immediately following the Mass.
