Larry G. Williams, 84, of Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 1, 2026. Born on December 31, 1941, in Washington, Pennsylvania, he was the son of Francis Charles Mesta and Agnes Marie Johnson, and one of three children.

Larry was raised in Clairton, where he graduated from Clairton High School in 1960. He later made his home in Jefferson Hills, where he and his wife, Judy, built a life together and raised their family. Larry devoted many years to his work as an autobody repairman before continuing his career as an insurance adjuster with State Farm Insurance Company.

Larry was a man who found joy in life’s simple pleasures. He loved bowling, golfing, and spending time hunting at camp with his son. He was a lifelong fan of NASCAR and the Pittsburgh Steelers. One of his favorite getaways was Deep Creek Lake, Maryland, where he enjoyed relaxing and making lasting memories with family. Larry also took great pride in his home, especially his lawn and his cars, which he maintained with dedication and care.

He will be remembered as an incredibly generous man with a great sense of humor. Larry gave back quietly, supporting many charities over the years. He had a unique fondness for checking his mail each day, something that brought him simple joy. Most of all, he was a devoted grandfather who never missed a single one of his grandchildren’s events, always showing up with pride and love.

Above all, Larry was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather who treasured time with his family. While he will be deeply missed, his family finds comfort in knowing he is reunited with his beautiful wife, Judy, whom he cherished dearly. His steady presence and kind heart will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Judith Ann (Bajuscik) Williams, and his brother, George Williams.

He is survived by his loving children, Eric (Angela) Williams of Alexandria, Virginia, and Tracy (David) Reinhart of Jefferson Hills; his cherished grandchildren, Jadyn and Shultz Reinhart; and his brother, John Williams.

Family and friends will be received on Monday, May 4, 2026, from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Stephen D. Slater Funeral Home, 1701 Route 51, Jefferson Hills, PA 15025 (412-384-0350) www.stephendslater.com.
