June Bickerton

JUNE ELIZABETH (LARGE) BICKERTON

June Bickerton, age 76 of Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania, passed away suddenly on Thursday, July 13, 2023.  She was born on June 16, 1947, in McKeesport, Pennsylvania one of eleven children of Milton and Frances E. (Wallace) Large.

June worked as a Nursing Assistant early in her life; later was employed by the Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home and in her retirement was a Greeter at the Stephen Slater Funeral Home in Jefferson Hills.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Dean Bickerton on July 4, 2022, and her daughter, Jaime Louise Bickerton on April 16, 2020.

June is survived by sons, Keith Large of Daisytown, Pennsylvania and James “Jimi” (Tracy) Bickerton of Clairton, Pennsylvania; four grandchildren, Crystal Bickerton, Jake (Blake) Bickerton, Zander Bickerton and Zavier Bickerton; five great grandchildren, David, Nathan, Emma, Noah and Lilly and her dog, Baby.
