John A. Chorba

John A. Chorba, age 71, of Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania, passed away on Monday, January 10, 2022 . He was born on February 10, 1950, 1 of 2 children of the late John L. and Louise Chorba.

John was a retail manager at businesses in the local area, an avid Pittsburgh Pirate fan through thick and thin, and a pet lover.

He is survived by his sister, Donna (Gary) McClanahan; & his nephew, Ryan McClanahan.

A Memorial Visitation and Blessing Service will be held at Stephen D. Slater Funeral Home on Saturday, January 15th from 10am until the time of service at 12 noon. Interment will follow at St. Clare Cemetery in Clairton, where his parents are buried. In Lieu of flowers donations in John’s name may be made to St. Anthony Chapel 1704 Harpster Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15212.
