Jocelyn Rae Hodgson, born September 4, 2015, passed away on Wednesday, September 9, 2015 surrounded by her parents, Heather Diess and Ryan Hodgson of Jefferson Hills. In addition to her parents she will be dearly missed by her three sisters, Hannah, Miranda and Daria.
Friends will be received Saturday, September 12, 2015 from 9 AM to 11 AM at Stephen D. Slater Funeral Home 1701 Route 51 (Large) Jefferson Hills, PA 15025. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home at 11 AM immediately following visition, burial will be private.
