Janice E. White

Janice Eileen (Pickering) White, age 84 of Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania, passed away on August 26, 2024. She was born in Clairton, Pennsylvania on December 11, 1939, 1 of 4 children of the late Leonard David Pickering and Mildred (Wolcott) Pickering. 

Janice is the beloved wife of 65 years to Richard Arthur “Bud” White; mother of Richard Arthur White, Jr. of Elizabeth, Pennsylvania and Lori (Brian) White Kincak of Baldwin Borough in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; grandmother of Richard (Anna) Arthur White, III, Martin White, Carissa (Fiance’ Zachary) Brunazzi and Sydney Stromberg; great grandmother of Anson Brunazzi, Ellison Brunazzi, Peyton Heisler, Parker Heisler, & Richard Arthur White, IV, and sister of Patricia Reynolds, Paula Schmitt, and Leonard (Diane) Pickering. 

Family and friends will be received on Thursday, August 29, 2024, from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 PM in the Stephen D. Slater Funeral Home 1701 Route 51, Jefferson Hills, PA 15025 (412-384-0350) www.stephendslater.com. A Blessing Service will be held on Friday, August 30, 2024 at 12:15 PM in the funeral home followed by her burial at 2 PM in The National Cemetery of the Alleghenies in Bridgeville, Pennsylvania.
