Greg Reilley age 68 of Powder Springs, Georgia, formerly of the Elrama / Floreffe area in Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at the family home in Elrama. He was born Gregory Keith Reilley on April 5, 1949 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, son of Eugene Harold and Elizabeth Rose (Armani) Reilley.
Greg was a graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School and Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP). He was an avid fan of Pittsburgh sports and a lifelong railroader, working for Conrail and Norfolk Southern Railroad companies.
He was preceded in death by his parents and is the cherished husband of Kathy Reilley. He is the father of two children, daughter, Nicole (William) Dosey and son, Gregory (Thea) Reilley. He is the grandfather of Eliza. Through marriage, his bonus children are Cassondra Belotti, Ryan Reilley and Robby Stelma. He is also survived by extended family Debra (Bob Dora) Reilley.
Friends and family will be received in the Stephen D Slater Funeral Home 1701 Route 51 (Large) in Jefferson Hills, on Friday, September 22, 2017 from 1 – 4 and 7 – 9 PM. His funeral service will be on Saturday, September 23, 2017 at 11:30 AM in the First Presbyterian Church of Monongahela, 609 Chess Street Monongahela, Pennsylvania 15063.
Greg’s family suggests donations to the Elrama United Methodist Church or the First Presbyterian Church of Monongahela.
Greg was loved dearly by family and friends.
