Gloria (Braum) Marynchak
Age 83, died Monday, July 4, 2011 at her home in Jefferson Hills , Pennsylvania with family at her side. She was born Gloria Agnes Braum on November 28, 1927 in Elizabeth , Pennsylvania one of three daughters of Carl and Gertrude (Horner) Braum.
She was preceded in death by her parents and is survived by her husband of 63 years, John Marynchak; 2 children, daughters, Trudy (Steve) King of Baldwin Borough, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Leean Greenwald of Jacksonville, Florida; 4 grandchildren, Traci (Chris) James of Orlando, Florida, John (Tracy) King of Bridgeville, Pennsylvania and Jason and Chad Greenwald both of Baldwin Borough; 3 great-grandchildren, Emily, Olivia and Sophia James and 2 sisters, Mildred (Bob) King of Clairton, Pennsylvania and Shirley Yost of Monongahela, Pennsylvania.
Friends will be received from 6 – 8 PM on Wednesday, July 6, 2011 and 2 – 4 & 6 – 8 PM on Thursday, July 7, 2011 in the Stephen D. Slater Funeral Home 1701 State Route 51 (Large) in Jefferson Hills. There will be a prayer in the funeral home Friday morning, July 8, 2011 , followed by Mass of Christian Burial in St. Isaac Jogues Catholic Church in the Floreffe / Elrama area of Jefferson Hills with Father Robert Boyle officiating. Interment will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery , Carroll Township in Monongahela.
