George Henry Gill age 83 of, Jefferson Hills, PA formerly of West Mifflin, PA died on Monday, October 3, 2011. George worked at the Irvine Works for over 40 years, he was a member of F & AM McKeesport Lodge and a member of Pleasant Hills Community Presbyterian Church.
Husband of Sylva Gill; father of Barry (Gwen) Gill of Florida & Betsy (Jim) Richter of Bethel Park; grandfather of Scott Gill, C.J. Richter & Jesse (Kailee) Richter; great-grandfather of Courtney Gill & brother-in-law of Mona (Mike) Brnilovich.
Friends will be received form 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 PM, Thursday, October 6, 2011 at Stephen D. Slater Funeral Home 1701 State Route 51 (Large) Jefferson Hills. His funeral service will be held on Friday at 12 Noon, also at Stephen D. Slater Funeral Home. If desired his family suggests contributions to the Kidney Foundation or Pleasant Hills Community Presbyterian Church.
