She is survived by her loving husband, Gary; and daughter, Sarah.

A visitation for Donna will be held on Monday, October 26, 2026 (notice of exact times forthcoming) at Stephen D. Slater Funeral Home, 1701 Route 51, Jefferson Hills, PA 15025. And a Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at 10am at St. Michael Catholic Church, Saints Joachim and Anne Parish, with Reverend Thomas J. Burke as Celebrant, 101 McLay Drive, Elizabeth, PA 15037.
