Dolores “Dolly” Fletcher, of Jefferson Hills, PA, passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, February 8, 2026, with her family by her side. The love and attention she received, particularly at this time of her life, is a testament to the love and attention she always offered to others.
Dolly was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Fletcher, Sr in 1999. She is survived by her five children, Kathy (John) Wray, Tom (Kathy) Fletcher, David (Eti) Fletcher, Amy (Joseph) Fastuca and Ann (Thomas) Kratzenberg. Her grandchildren, Shannon, Nicholas (Melissa), Brandon (Wella), Hadas (Elad), Edan (Lisa), Amanda (Levi), Mary (Travis), John (Elle), Sarah, Kate (Paul), Lauren (Andrew) and Tom, have so many memories of times with Grandma/Momoz. There is no doubt they will lovingly pass on the many memories they have to their own children, who now number ten great-grandchildren.
Dolly was born in 1933 in Homestead, PA, child of Anna (Merenic) and Edward Jesko during the heart of the Great Depression. When the untimely death of her father forced her mother, with three young children, to enter the work force, Dolly, even in her very young years, cared for her younger brother, Paul “Sonny”, and her sister, Joan. After her graduation from Munhall High School in 1952, Dolly began her career as a secretary and bookkeeper. It was at Bettis Atomic Labs in Dravosburg, PA where Dolly met Tom Fletcher of Mt. Lebanon. They married in 1958 and began their life together as husband and wife. They settled in Bethel Park and raised their five children. Together, they began their own company, Electronic Services, Inc.
For all her caregiving and working, she still found time to serve in her Catholic parishes, in school activities, scouting and (what she loved most), babysitting and enjoying her 12 grandchildren.
Guests will be received from 10:30 AM – 12:00 noon on Thursday, February 26, 2026, in the vestibule of Triumph of The Holy Cross Parish, St. Thomas á Becket Roman Catholic Church 139 Gill Hall Road, Jefferson Hills, PA 15025, with a Memorial Mass of Christian Burial immediately following at noon.
