DEREK KELLY
Derek Kelly age 30 of Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania, passed away on December 26, 2016.
He will be dearly missed by his children, Olivia and Delaney Kelly; mother, Beth (Shawn) Greb; father, Patrick (Tina) Kelly; siblings, Darian and Kailee Greb and Jenna and Brooke Kelly; grandparents, Elliot and JoAnn Weiss and the late James and Beverly Kelly; aunts and uncles, Aaron (Nikki) Weiss, Steve (Patty) Kelly, Mike (Kim) Kelly; and many cousins, nieces, nephews, great aunts and uncles.
Friends will be received on Friday, December 30, 2016 from 2 – 8 pm in the Stephen D. Slater Funeral Home, 1701 Route 51, Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania 15025. A blessing service will be held at the funeral home at the conclusion of visitation on Friday.
