Carl "Skull Rider" Williams

Carl E. Williams, age 70, of Elizabeth, Pennsylvania, passed away on Thursday, July 9, 2026. He was born March 2, 1956, in McGaheysville, Virgina to the late Nancy (Barton) Williams.

Carl worked for Jefferson Hills Borough for over 30 years. He had a passion for riding, collecting and restoring Vintage Harley’s. He loved to go on long rides with his many friends. He enjoyed going to many NASCAR races with is SUPPS, and was a big Dale Ernhart fan! He enjoyed taking his nephews on fishing trips, family vacations and playing card games.

But most of all Carl was a very devoted husband and family man who looked out for everyone.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his sister-in-law, Hope Evans. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Christy (Evans) Williams; Nephews, Josh, Brandon, Jacob, Lucas, Ben (Sara), Michael and Tiffany; 2nd Mom, Joyce Evans; Brother-in-laws, Clay (Suzanne) and John (the late Elaina); he is also survived by his sister-in-law, Nanette and many friends and neighbors.

Family and Friends will be received in the Stephen D. Slater Funeral Home 1701 Route 51 Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania 15025 (412-384-0350) www.stephendslater.com on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 pm. His funeral service will be during the evening visitation beginning at 6 pm. A final gathering and prayer will be held on Wednesday morning, July 15, 2026, at 10 am in the funeral home, with a procession to Jefferson Memorial Park Cemetery in Pleasant Hills, Pennsylvania for his burial.
