After a life spent diligently marching to a different drummer, Boyd Michael Connolly, age 65, of Jefferson Hills went to be with his Lord on May 27, 2013. Beloved husband of Jacqueline (Kersul) Connolly, loving stepfather of William (Laura) Howley IV, grandfather of Brianna, Marisa & Billy, great-grandfather to Kaylin, Mia, and Maura. Cherished son of Jeanne Connolly the late Ira Connolly, brother of Gary (Lorraine) Connolly, Lisa (Douglas) Long, and Jill (Conrad) Galvan. Brother-in-law of Theodore Vaslowski, Valerie Yednak, and the late Frederick Vaslowski. Special father-figure to Jamie Schubert. Also survived by many nephews, nieces, and cousins.
Boyd had an irresistible charm and was well-loved by those who knew him. Throughout his life, Boyd generously extended a helping hand to anyone who needed it. He will be most remembered for his kind heart and his love of his family and the Lord.
