ANN (FERRERO) KORPOSH
Ann Korposh, age 84, formerly of Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania, died on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at her home in Rostraver Township, Belle Vernon, Pennsylvania with her son Michael by her side. She was born Ann Marie Ferrero on July 28, 1930 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, one of three children, the only daughter, of John Joseph and Caroline Cecilia (Zavowski) Ferrero.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Edward “Scope” Korposh (January 2008); her only daughter, Sheryl Macuga (November 2008) and a brother, John Ferrero. Ann is survived by one son, Michael J. (Shawna) Korposh of Harrisburgh, Pennsylvania; son-in-Law, Edward Macuga of Jefferson Hills; two grandsons, Bryan Michael (Erica) Macuga of North Huntington, Pennsylvania and Anthony Jon (Nicole) Macuga of Elrama, Union Township, Pennsylvania; three great-grandchildren, Miller Michael, Emerson Ann and Leighton Rose Macuga; her brother, James (Ruthann) Ferrero of Elizabeth, Pennsylvania; a sister-in-law, Dorothy Severa of Munhall, Pennsylvania and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
At Ann’s request there will be no viewing. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in the Church of St. Anne 1870 Rostraver Road Belle Vernon, Pennsylvania 15012,on Friday, June 12, 2015 at 10 AM. EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT THE CHURCH. A reception will be held at the church immediately following the Mass.
