AGNES  MATTES

Agnes (Hraposky) Mattes, age 90 of Large Heights in Jefferson Hills, died Wednesday, March 21, 2012. She was born January 8, 1922 in Large, a daughter of John and Anna (Wargo) Hrapkowsky. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George “Dutch” Mattes on March 30, 2010; two sisters, Mary Hraposky and Helen Ivanovich and three brothers, Michael, Albert and George Hraposky.

Agnes is survived by two daughters, Bernadette Curci of Greensburg and Deborah (James) Zidek of Greenock; four grandchildren, Jennifer, Michael, Bethany and Julie; three great grandchildren, Nicolas, Justin and Lily and one brother, Thomas Hraposky
