Mario Rudolph Sanutelli, age 78 of Clairton, Pennsylvania, died on Monday, February 11, 2019. He was born in Middletown, Ohio one of six children of Rudolph and Betty Mae (Cowgill) Sanutelli. Mario grew up in Clairton and served in the U. S. Army during the years between the Korean and Vietnam Wars. He worked as a laborer in the steel industry, working for US Steel and Copperweld companies.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Albert Sanutelli. He is survived by two children, Tina (T.R.) Jones and Mario R. (Aubrey) Sanutelli, Jr. both of Clairton; two grandchildren; four siblings, sisters, Mary (Vince) Viviano of Baden, Pennsylvania and Margaret (Duane) Black of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and brother, Fred (Jean) and Tony Sanutelli both of Clairton and many nieces and nephews.
As per Mario’s wishes there will be no viewing or visitation. There will be a Prayer Service in the funeral home on Monday, February 18, 2019 at 11 AM with a Priest from St. Clare of Assisi Parish in Clairton. Arrangements are by the Stephen D.
